Prophecy Stones are a very unique stone. They are a pseudomorph, Limonite / Hematite After Marcasite / Pyrite. The original Crystal Structure remains from the Marcasite / Pyrite but has morphed and the molecules changed completely into something else.

These are from an extremely remote area of the White Desert in Egypt and are not seen very often. These are not grounding stones metaphysically as one may initially think. They are very high Vibration, 3rd eye, useful in meditation & astral / Visionary Work

*Some people call these Z stones as made popular by one crystal author, but since I first started working with these stones over 10 years ago, I have always known the pseudomorphs from the White Desert as Prophecy Stones, in their wide variety of shapes, forms. I think that the trademarking of names by certain author / dealers has led to confusion about a number of different stones on the market.
