Muonionalusta Meteorite comes from Sweden, it was discovered in 1906. Estimated to be over 4.5 billion years old. The Supply has began to dwindle in recent years.
My friend Rich found this, a 30 kilo piece in Sweden hunting meteorites - and just had these slices cut from it. I saw the raw chunks a couple years ago in Tucson at the Gem Show.
- These are not Rhodium plated to prevent rust
- Avoid water and moist environment
- Natural Mineral Oil can be used to give a light coating of protection - then dry off once absorbed.
Meteorite is amazing, a piece of space that traveled through the Universe and crashed into our planet. The energy / metaphysical attributes of these stones are highly sought after.
