- These are delivered with your regular mail in your country. We have no control over speed over Customs clearance, VAT due or final Delivery once we ship. Tracking is Available.

Shipping Insurance - IVC provides free insurance on every package against Damage during shipment or Loss / Non Delivery of a package.
Returns & Exchanges : All crystals are sold with high quality photographs & measurements. There are no surprises for the buyer. In the rare case that you simply are not happy - for any reason - with the crystal you purchased We offer a 1 week return policy. Anytime within 7 days from delivery to contact us to return the item. Email us your order # & the items being returned. Then just send it back, properly packaged - as it was delivered. We provide Return labels for returns in the U.S. via USPS priority mail.
*Wholesale Lots and some other items are sold as is / no returns, these are clearly stated in the Description, and are based on availability, etc. There is no "picking or high grading" lots, and returning stones you do not wish to use. Most wholesale is sold with no returns.
InnerVision Crystals will refund or replace the item if lost or damaged during shipment as all orders are insured fully. Customer Service is #1 here and we strive for 100% satisfaction. All Single crystals, gemstones or pieces of jewelry are unique and one of a kind, the pictures are of the actual item you will receive. The only listings we use "Stock" Photos of are some Gemstones and Wholesale Parcels - it will be noted in the listing.
Wholesale Orders are all based on availability & varies slightly in sizes and grades according to what is available at that point in time. Wholesale is ordered direct from the Source so the grade / quality are always going to be the same quality. Please educate yourself on what you are ordering when buying wholesale as there are no returns or exchanges on wholesale orders. Please ask all questions you may have. Pictures and Information on all wholesale is available upon request.
