Shop our most competitive prices everyday. Shungite is basically a very pure form of Carbon, Precambrian carbonaceous rock of organic origin, which has been found only in the area around Karelia, Russia.  The name comes from the small village of Shunga where it was first discovered. Scientists estimate the age of Shungite to be approximately 2 billion years. We purchase our Shungite direct from our source in Russia, who also supplies our Charoite & Seraphinite bracelets for over 10 years.

Shungite is conductive & a very interesting mineral that can also be used for water purification, it is also said to be beneficial in reducing EMF / Radio & Cell Phone Radiation. 3 Types of Shungite : Noble Shungite is very conductive and is the highest grade but is generally only available in rough chunks or slabs.
