Meditation is the foundation
We live in strange times, So many seeking change. But the answers to a lot of things are veiled....hidden under so much misinformation and many different opinions about how something should be done.
A lot of people ask me about things related to Consciousness & Crystals. I guess if I had to put a label on it , I am a Mystic, I have studied Alchemy, Kabalah, Christian Mysticism, Meditation / Consciousness for the last 20+ years. I always give the same advice. Start with Meditation. I also view Crystals and energy a little differently, along the lines of how Marcel Vogel did, I recommend a deep dive on that topic if you are interested.
When working with crystals, energy, awakening consciousness and all of the deeper spiritual work - the key is a good meditation practice. You have to build a strong foundation for the work, along with understanding certain universal principles / laws, and how to open the energy centers properly - do not rush it. That it is something I see too many people just pass right over, or skip ahead.
If you are serious about doing the inner work, learning to fine tune your intuition, sense subtle energy and connect with your higher self / God, etc, to awaken the Mystical side of life, then meditation is imperative.
Too many people get caught up with the astral and sensate level stuff...."channeling" , "manifesting", "Kundalini Activation" and some stuff that is pure New Age Fluff without a proper understanding of what it is they are doing - usually the Ego seeking power here in the material world. Many are opening energy centers and walking down this path without the proper foundation and understanding. and then suffering because of it, wandering lost in the desert so to speak. This can lead to other adverse mental and spiritual issues.
There are 1000 different paths that will lead you where you are going, there is no bypassing or avoiding certain things - do the shadow work - because they always come full circle. There are a lot of charlatans in the Spiritual Communities, people who read a book or had an experience and are now "teaching", selling countless courses, starting little cults, etc. A lot of this does much more harm and set backs than good. Suggestion alone is a very powerful thing.
In my experience over the years, the "Masters", are rarely promoting heavily and offering courses or teaching online. Everyone wants change, but remember true change comes from within, it is a shifting of awareness, it does not come per se from external sources , and enlightenment is not some instant attainment - it is an ever evolving process.
The Alchemy of life is happening always, conscious or unconscious - and when you make the choice to actively participate then you join the dance of life. The path to enlightenment is not all flowers and puppies, much of it is working through years of Trauma, transmuting the pain of life to evolve and raise the consciousness from the base / carnal / vice level of existence to a higher awareness, healing and transmuting the vices into virtues to come to understand who we are.
Here is a simple technique I have used for a long time to help people connect with Moldavite, Crystals / Stones and learn to sense subtle energy. I hope it helps on your path.
