These Phenaktie Crystals can get very big and well formed, from small to over 10 kilos. They have a silver / grey / white look to them, and are opaque. Gem Quality from this location is very rare. Many exhibit black Mica Schist - the matrix these grow on, that the area is famous for, and some even contain traces of Green which is Emerald crystals or Dissolved Emerald.
